Your Comments and Suggestions are very welcome

Parents and children may ask any question regarding the programs. They can also make any suggestion or comments if they like
Our team will answer your querries as soon as possible through this blob or personally and direct to your email.
Below you will find the answers on frequently asked questions:

How to get to the campus?
Our all inclusive package includes transport form Madrid to Savannah international airport in South Carolina together with our monitors. Once we arrive at Savannah a bus of the organization will take us to camp. All the students have to be at Barajas Madrid Airport 3 hours before boarding so we can identify everyone and organize boarding.
Alternatively parents who wish to send their children personally and manage the airline ticket can do so, in this case the organization cannot be made responsible for the arrival and departure of the student.

Do we get a fixed airfare Price?
No. As we explain in the Registration section, the airline companies change their fares on a daily basis and do not guarantee prices for groups unless we deposit the total amount in advance.
Our organization applies the airfare prices on the date of inscription and confirmation of the first down payment. This is why it’s so important to make the registrationas soon as possible.
It is very important also, to consider the existing limitations applied by airline companies on luggage and weight. Expect an additional fee to transport golf clubs and excess weight on luggage.

What about the student’s accommodations?
We explain this in our accommodations section. The Campus has five villas with four bedrooms and two beds each room. These villas have got the typical charm of South Carolina and the students can walk to the beach and the park where they can play Football, baseball and basketball. From the campus it’s only a bike ride away to shops and recreational areas.
What are the requirements for students?
Apart from having a valid passport and the visa given by the US embassy there are only two requisites, having some knowledge of golf and English and aged from 12 to 16 years old. Students can be beginners or advanced golfers. Golf instructions are adapted to the knowledge of each student. Each program adapts to their specific needs and experience.

Students can buy golf equipment at the Campus?
Yes. At the campus or at commercial centers in the area there are a variety of golf stores where the students can buy what they wish.

What happens if my Child gets sick or injured?

Our organization has got an insurance policy (included in the package) for each student, covering injuries and diseases that could occur to the student during their stay on the Camps. At the camps there is an emergency service available 24 hours a day. If needed there are several Hospitals and specialized medical centers within less than 2 km from the campus

Is there a limit date to make the registration for the Camps?

Yes. Our program is limited to a maximum of 30 students. Based on the necessity to reserve flights and accommodations the limit to subscribe is 1st of April 2013. The inscriptions will close on this date or before when we reach 30 inscriptions.

What do the students need to take with them regarding clothes and personal belongings?

Once we receive the confirmation of the inscription, the organization will give the parents a manual and the student’s handbook which needs to be signed by both parents and children. There you will find explained everything from what to wear and even the discipline and behavior at the campus.
